Proceed as follows to install your flow sensor
Here is a detailed step-by-step guide that will take you through the installation of your flow sensor.
Installation of the flow sensor should be performed by a certified professional in accordance with local and national building codes.
IMPORTANT: Take into account the arrow on the sensor, which indicates the direction of the water flow and thus, the preferred direction to properly position the device during installation.
Close the water inlet valve. Open the hot and cold water taps located near the device to reduce the water pressure.
Place the flow sensor directly on the Sedna valve or just before the water inlet valve. Depending on your plumbing, additional parts may be required (not included).
Plug the flow sensor wire into the valve.
Open the water supply to make sure there are no leaks.
