The default value is: lithium.

A low battery message may appear if the wrong battery type is selected. Therefore, you must go to the Neviweb app to manually select the correct battery type for each of your detectors. Here’s how .

If the batteries in your detectors are the ones that were included when you purchased the product, they are alkaline batteries.
