Yes . It’s normal that you don’t see the automation icon for your Wi-Fi thermostats, as they don’t have this feature in Neviweb.* Programming for Wi-Fi devices is done via schedules .
*If you have Zigbee devices and the automation icon does not appear in your Neviweb account, please contact the technical support team.
