What happens if my automations activate during
a peak event?

If an automation activates during a peak event, the automation setpoint temperature will be adjusted according to the selected Éco Sinopé profile.

(Automation setpoint temperature +/- temperature variation of the Éco Sinopé profile = room setpoint temperature)

For example :

You have selected the cold-sensitive profile (+1 ° C / – 1 ° C), and you have created the following automations for your workweek:

6:00 a.m.: « Good morning » automation at 21 ° C

8:00 a.m.: « Departure for work » automation at 18 ° C

4:30 p.m.: « Return from work » automation at 21 ° C

11:00 p.m.: « Good night » automation at 17 ° C

Here’s what will happen to your setpoint temperature during a peak event:

6:00 a.m.: 21 ° C

8:00 a.m.: 18 ° C

2:00 p.m.: 19 ° C (+1 ° C to preheat the room before the peak event)

4:00 p.m.: 17 ° C (-1 ° C during peak event)

4.30 p.m .: 20 ° C (automation at 21 ° C – 1 ° C)

8:00 p.m.: 21 ° C (The setpoint temperature is restored at the end of the peak event)

11:00 p.m .: 17 ° C

You will find below the most common issues you may encounter.
