How do I put my profile on hold?
It is possible to temporarily put your profile on standby to prevent your devices from executing automated commands.
Follow these steps to put your profile on hold:
- Access your Neviweb account.
- From the dashboard, press the Eco Sinopé icon.
- Change your profile status using the button in the center of your screen.
- Save.
