If you change the setpoint temperature manually from your thermostat during a peak event, the Éco Sinopé mode will turn off until the next temperature change.
From Neviweb
If you change the setpoint temperature from Neviweb during a peak event, the unit will remain in Éco Sinopé mode and will adjust to the new setpoint.
Note: By changing your device’s status or setpoint, your savings may be affected.
