What happens if there is an internet outage?
during a peak event?
When a peak demand event is anticipated, Sinopé Eco mode sends two commands to the thermostat: a preheat command and a temperature reduction command. If the device received the command before the internet outage, Sinopé Eco mode will remain active and the temperature change will occur. However, if the device does not have internet access when the command is sent, the temperature change will not occur.
