What happens if there is an Internet outage
during a peak event?
The Éco Sinopé mode sends two commands to the thermostat during the peak event; the preheat command and the temperature lower command. If the device receives the command before the Internet failure, the Éco Sinopé mode will remain activated, and the temperature will change. However, if the device does not have Internet access when sending the order, the temperature change will not be made.
