The Éco Sinopé service
The Éco Sinopé service
Éco Sinopé ties in with your power utility’s programs to help you reduce your energy consumption during peak hours and save on your electricity bill.
When a peak event will be announced by your electricity supplier, Éco Sinopé will trigger the process that adapts your participating devices’ setpoints.
A notification will be displayed on the dashboard of your Neviweb account to advise you of the upcoming event.
Two hours before the peak event, your devices’ setpoint will automatically increase according to the profile previously selected, to preheat the room and accumulate heat.
Note: It is possible to disable the preheating period.
During the peak period, your thermostats’ setpoint temperature will decrease according to the selected profile to reduce your energy consumption.
In the Neviweb app, an icon will appear on your device, indicating that it is participating.
The setpoint of your devices will be restored at the end of the peak event.
