How to find out the model or version of my device?

1122 and newer models* of the TH1120RF electric heating thermostat are compatible with the Éco Sinopé feature. Only software versions 0.1.1 and higher of the multifunction controller can participate in Éco Sinopé. 

Follow these steps to find out the model or version of your device:

  1. Access your Neviweb account.
  2. From the dashboard, press the central icon at the bottom of the screen to access your devices list.
  3. Select your thermostat, then access its parameters.
  4. Press Info to find out the model number or version of your device.
