devices still do not appear in the account, please follow these steps to reconnect them to the Wi-Fi network:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the application and log in to your Sinop\u00e9 Neviweb account.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the <i>Device List<\/i> page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the application.<\/li>\n<li>From the <strong>Room <\/strong>or <strong>All tab<\/strong>, tap <strong>+ Add a device<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<li>Select the device to add and follow the steps in the installation wizard.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If your device has not been added to the Sinop\u00e9
