of the device and facilitates diagnosis in case of a problem.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the meaning of the different behaviors of the indicator light.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p id=\"h_01KMRACJ1RXGZHWFQCHXM0HY3G\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The indicator light flashes blue, then turns off upon connection.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>When the indicator light flashes <strong>blue<\/strong> , it means that the switch or dimmer is trying to connect to your Zigbee gateway.<\/p>\n<p>If the connection fails, the light will turn off after a certain time.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>For more details on the pairing procedure, consult the instruction manual for your Zigbee gateway.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p id=\"h_01KMRACJ1TCG1NJQ1M7JKTMXJF\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The indicator light flashes red during connection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A flashing <strong>red<\/strong> light indicates that the device is attempting to connect to the network, but no gateway is detected.<\/p>\n<p>In this case :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure the gateway is properly plugged in.<\/li>\n<li>Check that an association session is in progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the problem persists:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The device may be too far from the gateway<\/li>\n<li>Move the gateway closer or add a compatible device to act as a repeater.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Note: a Zigbee device cannot act as a repeater for Mi-Wi devices, and vice versa.<\/p>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p id=\"h_01KMRACJ1XBJT0K1HBSX8GEZ3T\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The indicator light flashes twice in green or yellow when pressed.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>When the indicator light flashes <strong>twice in green or yellow<\/strong> after pressing a button, it means that the device&#8217;s keys are locked.<\/p>\n<p><br>To unlock them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access device settings in Neviweb<\/li>\n<li>Or use your compatible gateway<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p id=\"h_01KMRACJ1YHBG3ZF5BAN3M679R\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The indicator light is permanently green<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A <strong>steady green<\/strong> light indicates that your system is in <strong>Away<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n<p><br>To change this status:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Access the Neviweb dashboard<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Present<\/strong> mode<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p id=\"h_01KMRACJ1ZF21NZ8E8JWX63X7T\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>The indicator light is off<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The indicator light is only on when the device is connected to a gateway.<\/p>\n<p><br>It can be <strong>switched off<\/strong> in the following
