Battery life is up to 24 hours, extended to 48 hours with both power sources. With only batteries, communication via Neviweb or SSS is lost during outages; with ACUPS, Wi-Fi connection persists unless the router\/modem loses power. Low batteries can trigger automatic water shutoff if enabled in settings. The valve no longer transmits its status or alerts to the server. <\/li>\n<li><u>With ACUPS:<\/u> During a power outage, the valve continues to establish a Wi-Fi connection to transmit its status, alerts, etc., to the server.
