Why doesn't my device appear in
Consumption graphs?

Only accessible devices equipped with a charging reader or whose connected charging has been indicated in the product settings are displayed in the consumption graphs.

If your device does not appear in the graph:

  1. Verify that it is properly connected and accessible in Neviweb
  2. Access the device settings and ensure that a load is indicated in the Connected Load (watts) field.
