Can I manage my devices?
With more than one account?
No. With the new Neviweb platform unveiled on August 20, 2019, it is no longer possible for a device to be assigned to multiple accounts, as a security measure.
This also helps to avoid inconveniences in case of a move.
That said, prior to the migration to the new application, some users had devices on more than one account. For these individuals, the ability to do so has been retained, as it is an acquired right.
However, if a user with this acquired right creates a new account and adds a device that already belongs to another account, all previous accounts will automatically lose the device. The acquired right will then be lost by the user.
