Migration of Concerto Connect and True Comfort thermostats to Neviweb
Concerto Connect/True Comfort devices are migrating to the Neviweb app. You will now be able to control your underfloor heating thermostats and benefit from the many features offered in the Neviweb app.
The Concerto Connect/True Comfort application will therefore no longer be in operation from January 15, 2025 .
Sinopé Technologies has migrated your underfloor heating thermostats to the Neviweb app. To access your devices, select the situation that applies to you and follow the steps:
Situation A - I do not have a Neviweb account
No problem! Sinopé Technologies created it for you.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Download the Neviweb app from the App Store or Google Play.*
- Enter the same login information (email address and password) that you used for the Concerto Connect/True Comfort app.
- Access your underfloor heating thermostats by pressing the icon at the bottom center of the app.
*Note: If you do not own mobile devices, access Neviweb via neviweb.com .
Situation B - I already have a Neviweb account and I have the same location (name and postal code) as for the Concerto Connect/True Comfort app
Perfect! Sinopé Technologies has added your thermostats.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Access your Neviweb account. Your underfloor heating thermostats will be located in the same location in both applications (e.g., Home).
Situation C - I already have a Neviweb account, but my location (name and/or postal code) is different than for the Concerto Connect/True Comfort app.
If, in Neviweb, no location has the same name as the one used in the Concerto Connect/True Comfort app, Sinopé Technologies will have created a new location in your Neviweb account.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to your Neviweb account.
- Choose the new location that has been created to access your underfloor heating thermostats.
