How can I create automations with multiple conditions linked to my Zigbee device?
It is now possible to create automations (time, sunrise/sunset) and add an additional presence condition.
For example, if you have a timer automation that raises the thermostats to 21°C in the morning when you arrive at the cottage, it will also activate even if you’re not there. To remedy this, you can now add a presence condition to your automation. This way, the temperature will only be raised to 21°C in the morning if you are present at the cottage.
Here are the steps to follow to create such an automation:
Access your automations by pressing the Automation icon.
Select the automation to which you want to add the presence condition.
Press Add condition to add the new presence condition.
Choose the desired presence option. In the example above, you should select the ” I am present” option since we want the thermostats to raise the temperature to 21°C when someone is present at the cottage.
Tap Save to save your new multi-condition automation to your account.
