My thermostats are not visible in my Neviweb account after
Migration. What should I do?

If you already have a Neviweb account and are automatically logged in without having to enter your login details, you may not see your thermostats in the app after the migration. We recommend logging out and then logging back in using your login details. Your devices should then appear in the account.
