Several reasons could explain why your device has disconnected from the network: interference, changing your Internet provider, a new router, changing your Wi-Fi network password, etc.
First, please try resetting your router to see if the devices reconnect directly to your Sinopé Neviweb account.
If the devices still do not appear in the account, please follow these steps to reconnect them to the Wi-Fi network:
- Open the application and log in to your Sinopé Neviweb account.
- Go to the Device List page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the application.
- From the Room or All tab, tap + Add a device .
- Select the device to add and follow the steps in the installation wizard.
If your device has not been added to the Sinopé Neviweb app after following the previous steps, try resetting it.
If the connection is still not restored even after resetting the device, we invite you to contact the technical support team .
