The temperature probe on my Calypso controller is no longer sticking. What should I do?
If the probe has come loose, you can either reattach it with heat-resistant double-sided tape, without any guarantee of equivalent performance, or replace it by ordering a new probe online.
If the probe has come loose (for example during a water heater replacement), it may no longer adhere as well as it did originally.
You have two options:
- Reattach the probe
You can try to reattach the probe using high-temperature resistant double-sided tape.
- However, we cannot guarantee the same performance as with the initial installation.
- Replace the probe
You can also order a new probe directly from our website.
