The LED bulb controlled by my smart dimmer is flickering. What should I do?

Flickering of LED bulbs with a Sinopé dimmer can be corrected by adjusting the minimum brightness setting via the Neviweb app. This reduces the dimming range and stabilizes the lighting. In the Neviweb application , you can modify your dimmer settings to eliminate flicker:

  1. Open the Neviweb application
  2. Select your dimmer
  3. Access the settings
  4. Increase the minimum intensity value

By increasing the minimum intensity:

  • You reduce the gradation range
  • You avoid levels that are too low, where the LED bulbs become unstable.
  • You get more stable, flicker-free lighting.
