In what situations can I receive notifications from the Sinopé Neviweb app regarding my water damage protection devices?

Water leak detectors and the valve, when used with the Sinopé Neviweb application, can send email alerts as well as push notifications, depending on the type of event.

Each type of alert must be activated individually for each device for which you wish to receive notifications.

Important

  • An internet connection is required to receive alerts.
  • The valve must be connected to the Sinopé Neviweb application.

*Note: If you added your device to the Sinopé Neviweb app before December 15, 2021, you have access to SMS alerts. However, if you eventually decide to disable SMS alerts, there is no going back. You will therefore only receive push notifications and email alerts.
