How to integrate your compatible products with SmartThings via the gateway

Zigbee devices are natively compatible with Samsung’s SmartThings gateway. Here’s how to control your Sinopé smart devices with SmartThings.

Add a device with the function
Search nearby

Open the SmartThings app and tap the + icon, then select Add a new device

Tap Search for nearby. Then initiate your device’s connectivity session.

Once discovered, your device will be automatically added to SmartThings.

You now have access to your device with the SmartThings app.

Open the SmartThings app and tap the + icon, then select Add a new device

Perform a search for Sinopé or sort devices by brand and scroll down to the Sinopé tab.

Tap on the device category to add.

Select the device category again.

Press Start and follow the steps shown on the screen.

You now have access to your device with the SmartThings app.
