How do I reset my smart electrical load controller?

It’s not always necessary to reset your load controller. In the following situations, you can simply change your Wi-Fi settings or account information in the app:

  • You are switching Wi-Fi networks.
  • You are replacing your router.
  • You are moving.
  • You are experiencing connection problems.
  • You want to connect the device to another account.

In these cases, simply press the Wi-Fi button on the controller to initiate the connection process to a new Wi-Fi network or another account.

Complete reset

If you wish to transfer the load controller to a new user, you must first reset it to remove its association with your account.

  1. Press the Network button and the ON/OFF button simultaneously for approximately 10 seconds , until the LED lights flash.
  2. Release both buttons.
  3. When the RF LED turns off, the reset is complete.
