Issue

The device’s temperature sensor is incorrectly connected, the device’s cover is not properly closed, or an internal part is defective.

Verification

Check the following:

  1. Make sure the cover is properly attached to its case.
  2. Check if the wires are correctly connected.

Solution

Perform a reset of the circuit breaker.

  1. Find the circuit breaker connected to the unit.
  2. Disable it.
  3. Wait about 30 seconds.
  4. Reactivate the circuit breaker
