Problem:
The floor temperature sensor has experienced reading errors.
Solution
If your thermostat is equipped with a floor sensor:
- Check that the floor temperature sensor is correctly installed.
- Check that the floor sensor is not faulty (short circuit).
- If the temperature sensor is faulty: replace it or change the control mode to “ambient”.
