How to control a fan-forced heater (Dragon) over 4000 W?
The low voltage Zigbee (TH1400ZB) and Wi-Fi (TH1400WF) thermostats allow remote control of air heaters over 4000 W, requiring a relay and a transformer. Sinopé Technologies recommends Aube Technologies relays with integrated transformers (120 V or 240 V). A wiring diagram is provided for installation, and an interactive map helps find a professional.
The low voltage Zigbee (TH1400ZB) and Wi-Fi (TH1400WF) thermostats allow remote control of air heaters or fan coil units over 4000 W (for example, a Dragon-type heater).
For this type of installation, it is necessary to use a relay as well as a transformer to enable the thermostat to control the heating device.
