What should I do when the lights on my gateway are flashing green continuously?

If the lights on your GT130 or GT125 gateway are flashing green continuously, turn off the power supply via the circuit breakers, turn off the gateway with the Sinopé Neviweb app, then turn the circuit breakers and the gateway back on.

If the lights on your gateway are flashing green continuously, follow the steps below:

  1. Turn off the power to your network by switching the circuit breakers in your electrical panel to OFF.
  2. Turn the gateway OFF via the Sinopé Neviweb app.
  3. Restore power by switching the circuit breakers back to ON, then turn the gateway back on.

The initial problem should then be resolved.
