How does geofencing work with Android mobile devices (Android version 11)?
If the geofencing feature of the Neviweb app doesn’t seem to be working on your Android device, here’s a solution that might fix the problem. Android 11 prevents apps from running in the background when not in use, which prevents geofencing from activating. Therefore, users need to manually change their phone’s settings for the Neviweb app to continue working, by following these steps:
From your phone’s settings, go to Apps , then select Neviweb . Once in Neviweb, select the Stack tab.
Once in Battery, tap Optimize battery usage .
Select the All option.
From the list of all applications, find Neviweb and choose the option Do not optimize .
