Learn how to customize your flow sensor
It is possible to receive email alerts and push notifications* when your flow sensor detects an abnormal water flow.
To do this, you must first have selected the model number of the flow sensor by accessing the settings of the Sedna smart water valve.
*Note that if you added your valve to Neviweb before December 15, 2021, you have access to SMS alerts. However, if you eventually decide to disable SMS alerts, there is no going back. You will therefore only receive push notifications and email alerts.
This setting allows you to adjust the valve action and activate alerts when the flow sensor detects an abnormal flow rate.
This setting allows you to select the duration of abnormal flow tolerated before the alert is triggered. (e.g., filling a swimming pool, watering the lawn)
