The Eco Sinopé service
Eco Sinopé aligns with your electricity provider’s programs to help you reduce your energy consumption during peak hours and save on your electricity bill.
When a peak event is announced by your electricity provider, Eco Sinopé will trigger the process that adjusts the settings of your participating devices.
A notification will be displayed on your Neviweb account dashboard to inform you of the upcoming event.
Two hours before the peak period, the setting of your devices will automatically increase according to the previously selected profile to preheat the room and accumulate heat.
Note: It is possible to disable the preheating period.
During peak periods, the set temperature of your thermostats will decrease according to the selected profile to reduce your energy consumption.
In the Neviweb application, an icon will appear on your device indicating that it is participating.
Your device settings will be restored at the end of the peak event.
