On the Neviweb app login page, tap Forgot your password?

Enter the email address associated with your account, then press Send .
You will receive a code by email from the address no-reply@neviweb.com.

The Change Password page will automatically appear on the Neviweb application screen.
Scroll down the message to see all the fields to fill in.
Enter the new password, then confirm it. Enter the code received by email, then press OK .

Your password has been successfully changed!
You can now log in to your account using your new password.
