to get the right weather

Do the weather and temperature displayed on your dashboard seem incorrect?

See how to remedy the situation by changing the postal code of your location.

From the Dashboard , tap the location icon to access the list of locations.

Press and hold on the location you want to change to access its settings, or press Edit and then select the location.

Edit or add the postal code for your location.

Note : If the location has Zigbee devices, be aware that changing the postal code resets the consumption history to 0.

In addition, if your postcode is recent and is not in the Neviweb postcode list, please contact technical support .
