How can I configure my smart water valve to close in case of a power outage or low batteries?

Follow the steps below to configure your smart Wi-Fi water valve in the Sinopé Neviweb app so that it automatically shuts off in case of a power outage or low battery :

1. Log in to your Sinopé Neviweb account.
2. Go to the Device List page by tapping the middle icon at the bottom of the application.
3. Select your Wi-Fi smart water valve.
4. Go to the Settings section.
5. Go to the Configuration section, then select the required action when the batteries are low:
   1. Close the valve in case of power failure and send an alert;
   2. Close the valve only during a power outage;
   3. Close the valve and send an alert;
   4. Close the valve only;
   5. Send an alert only;
   6. No action taken.
6. Save .
