Can I connect my devices to multiple gateways?

Sinopé Zigbee devices can only be connected to one gateway at a time: either the Sinopé GT130 gateway with the Neviweb app, or another compatible Zigbee gateway such as SmartThings or Hubitat. A single device cannot be connected to multiple gateways simultaneously.

You can therefore choose to connect them:

  • to the Sinopé GT130 gateway in order to use the Sinopé Neviweb application
  • or to another compatible Zigbee gateway, such as SmartThings or Hubitat

However, it is not possible to connect the same device to multiple gateways simultaneously.
