Register for Eco Sinopé
To be eligible for Eco Sinopé and to be able to make great savings, you must own at least one participating device and have joined one of your electricity provider’s dynamic pricing programs.
Follow these steps to register for Eco Sinopé:
Once you have registered for one of the programs, access your Neviweb account.
Note: If you do not have a Neviweb account, create one .
Press the Eco Sinopé button, then select Continue .
Select the program you are enrolled in.
Once you have selected the program you are registered for, please specify whether or not you are participating in Hydro-Québec’s Smart Thermostats pilot project.
If you are participating in Hydro-Québec’s Smart Thermostats pilot project, please enter the requested information (Hydro-Québec account email and activation code provided by Hydro-Québec).
Click Continue to proceed with the Eco Sinopé setup.
Select the profile that best suits your needs.
Once you have selected your profile, you will be able to adjust the participation level of each of your devices.
Note: At any time, it is possible to temporarily put your profile on standby to prevent your devices from executing automated commands.
