Our devices have an extended range of communication. Thanks to meshing architecture, each device acts as a repeater of the received signal.

If the distance between two devices is considerable (e.g., the gap between the house and a garage detached from the house), the addition of another gateway may be necessary.

Mi-Wi

To optimize communication between Mi-Wi devices, we recommend connecting them in the order from the nearest to the farthest from the gateway. In addition, we strongly recommend a maximum distance* of 9 meters (30 ft) between the Mi-Wi devices for more efficient communication.

Zigbee

We strongly recommend a maximum distance* of 60 feet (18 meters) between Zigbee devices to optimize communication range.

*This distance may vary depending on the location of the devices and if there are sources of signal interference.
