Mi-Wi Protocol: Locate a device you have just installed

Have you installed all your devices but don’t know how to recognize them in Neviweb? Sinopé Technologies has provided you with a visual aid to help you identify your devices.

To locate a Mi-Wi device, you need to:

  1. Stand in front of one of the devices you have installed. The Neviweb app must be open on the All devices screen.

  2. Press the 2 buttons of the device in front of you. Instantly, one of the devices in the Neviweb application will be surrounded by a halo

  3. Tap the device on the screen.

  4. Open the settings for the selected device, then give it a name and room. This will allow you to easily identify it later.

  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for all your devices so that they are properly identified in the application.
