Learn how to customise your Zigbee
smart water leak detector

The shade of the drop represents the detector status.
When the detector comes in contact with water, the color of the drop changes to red and an alert message is displayed above.

When you have multiple water leak detectors in one location, it can be handy to rename them or assign them to a particular room.
This function can also be very useful if you use voice assistants like Google Assistant or Alexa.
To do this, you need to access the detector settings by tapping the icon in the Neviweb detector screen.
It is possible to receive email alerts when your water leak detector batteries are low or if water is detected.
An alert message is sent when the detector, the sensor or the perimeter cable comes into contact with water.
This parameter sets the action of the valve and the activation of alerts when water is picked up by the detectors.
Default: Close the valve and send an alert
This parameter allow to adjust the activation of alerts when the temperature of a detector drops below 5 °C (41 °F).
Default: No action
This parameter sets the activation of alerts when the batteries are low.
Default: Send an alert
Select the battery type used for your detectors.
Default: Lithium
