Occasionally, your consumption data may be unavailable (ND) for a certain period of time. This can happen when you are viewing data prior to the installation of your device, or when a power outage occurred while Neviweb was attempting to communicate with the device to determine its energy consumption.
Other reasons may explain why your consumption data is unavailable (ND) in your Neviweb account. Firstly, if you have just installed your Sinopé smart devices, it is normal not to see any information about your consumption, as it takes some time to accumulate enough data to display it. Additionally, you may not have access to your consumption graph if the month you are trying to view is not yet complete. Secondly, if you have performed a factory reset , this may have erased your consumption graphs.
