Learn how to customize your Neviweb account
In this section, you can modify the basic information of your account such as your first name, last name and phone number.
It is in this section of the settings that you can activate and deactivate the tooltip.
You can also change the tiles’ size, which can be very useful if you are using Neviweb on a tablet or in its web version with the neviweb.com site.
The format of the temperature displayed in Neviweb can also be chosen there. Note that you can choose a different display format for your thermostats by going to your device’s settings.
The tooltip provides explanatory text for each setting available in Neviweb. A question mark is displayed in each field when this feature is enabled.

If you change the email address in this section, the new email address will be used to identify you the next time you log into your account.
Water leak alerts and low-temperature thermostats alerts will also be sent to this email address.
It is from this section that you can change your account password.
