Why is my device not showing in the
energy consumption graphs?

Only accessible devices, equipped with a load reader or whose connected charge has been indicated in the product’s settings, are displayed in the consumption graphs.

If your device is not shown in the graph:

  1. Check that it is indeed connected and accessible in Neviweb
  2. Go to the device’s settings and make sure a load is indicated in the Load Connected (watts) field.
