Status of the heater

The thermometer found in the Neviweb application represents the state of the heating system. More precisely, it indicates the power used by the latter when it heats the room. When the thermostat activates the heating system, the thermometer changes from teal to red.

The thermostat controls the heating system proportionally to maintain a constant temperature. This means that it does not activate (ON) or deactivate (OFF) the heating system completely. Instead, it asks it to heat the room using only the power necessary to maintain the temperature (35% of its capacity, for example). This method avoids large temperature variations.

When it is very cold outside, the heating system may need 80 to 100% of its power to maintain the room temperature.
