One of my thermostats no longer appears in the list of
connected devices in my Neviweb account
If one of your thermostats is no longer on the list of devices connected to your account, make sure that the thermostat is indeed connected. If a code is displayed on your thermostat screen, press the link below to view the list of error codes and related solutions.
Zigbee and Wi-Fi
If the problem persists, disconnect your device from the GT130 gateway or from Neviweb by simultaneously pressing both buttons on the device for 10 seconds. Then add the device to your location again.
