devices on my Neviweb account
If one of your thermostats is no longer listed among the devices connected to your account, make sure the thermostat is indeed connected. If a code is displayed on your thermostat’s screen, click the link below to view the list of error codes and their corresponding solutions.

If the problem persists, disconnect your device from the GT130 gateway or Neviweb by pressing both buttons on the device simultaneously for 10 seconds. Then, add the device back to your location.
