There is a difference between the temperature of my thermometer
and the one displayed on the thermostat

Each electronic thermostat or thermometer has a margin of error or display resolution that rounds off the current temperature reading to one decimal place. If the two devices are extremely opposite, it may be normal to see a temperature difference of 1.5 ° C to 2 ° C.
