What should I do if my Neviweb account is blocked?

If you have entered the wrong password too often to log into your Neviweb account, it may have been blocked for security reasons. Your account will be blocked for a period of 15 minutes, after which you will have to request a new password to access it. Once the new password is created, the problem should be fixed*.
