Please note that the Sinopé Water Leak Protection app will no longer be functional as of April 20, 2022. All active water damage protection systems on the Sinopé Water Leak Protection app will automatically migrate to Neviweb on that same date.
Any installation must be made via the Neviweb application.

On the Sinope Water Leak Protection app login page, tap Forgot your password?

Enter the email address associated with your account, then tap Send.
You will receive a code by email from no‑reply@neviweb.com.

The Change Password page will automatically appear on the Sinope Water Leak Protection application screen.
Enter the new password and confirm it. Enter the code received by email, then press OK.
