Some Sinopé devices are compatible with the Helix Fi app. Here is how to proceed to control your smart devices compatible with Helix.
Download the Helix Fi app from the App Store or Google Play to your mobile device.
In the Helix Fi app, go to the Home section.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Add a Thermostat option.
The list of compatible companies/brands will be displayed. Select Sinopé under the section Thermostats.
Click on Connect now.
You will be redirected to the Neviweb login page. Enter your username and password and click on Login.
You must then click on Authorized to allow Helix Fi to access your devices.
The confirmation of the associated devices will appear on the screen. Click Done to access your device list*.
*Note that rooms are not supported in the Helix Fi app, so we recommend renaming devices to include the name of the room they are in for easier management.
