1. Unplug the Wi-Fi router.
   
2. Turn off the thermostat breaker, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
3. Wait a few seconds; the thermostat will unlock automatically.
4. Then perform a thermostat reset according to your model.

Thermostat reset

Models TH1143WF / TH1144WF

A. Press and hold the top button (temperature up) until the menu changes.
B. Press the bottom button until the Reset screen appears.
C. Press and hold both buttons for 10 seconds, until the thermostat restarts

Models TH6500WF / TH6250WF / TH6250WF-PRO

A. Tap the temperature to access the main menu.
B. Press the Gear icon.
C. Select Equipment Configuration.
D. Confirm by selecting Continue.
E. Press the down arrow until the Reset option appears.
F. Select Device Reset.
G. Confirm by pressing Yes.

Other Wi-Fi Models

A. Press and hold the top button (temperature up) until the menu changes.
B. Press and hold both buttons until CLR (or CL) appears.
C. Press the top button once to change from NO (N) to YES (Y).
D. Press both buttons, then release them immediately. DONE (or – –) will appear, and the thermostat will restart.

1. Plug the router back in.
   
2. Reconnect the thermostat in the Sinopé Neviweb app by selecting “Add device.”
