The dotted lines represented under the house icon on the screen of the Sinopé thermostats indicate the percentage of time that the thermostat heats during the current cycle. 

For example, for a TH1123WF, the short cycle lasts 15 seconds, so if you see 1 dotted line on the screen, it means that the thermostat heats 3 seconds out of 15 for this cycle.
